Jason Allingham is a litigation lawyer at MacDonald Associates. He advises clients on a wide range of matters and assists them in getting practical and creative results to their disputes, whilst not being afraid to take any matter to trial.

His practice includes a variety of construction litigation claims, corporate and contractual disputes, employment matters (both employee and employer), real estate disputes and a host of other general litigation matters.

He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, as well as handled matters involving the Ontario Labour Relations Board and Ontario Humans Rights Tribunal.

Jason graduated from Bond University Law School in the Gold Coast, Australia, with Honours, and was Called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. He also completed a Master of International Public Policy degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Development Studies and Political Science from Dalhousie University.
